tassels & fringe are some of my favorite dangling details, so you can imagine my excitement when I found this tribal inspired pencil skirt. The skirt’s woven details and double layered fringe are so much fun, and the pencil shape keep things polished and refined. i wanted the skirt to be the star, so i paired it with a simple v neck cream blouse and nude lace up heels. i just love how the high waist and mid thigh cut elongates your legs. petite girls, take notes! hope y’all enjoy this one.
