I created this blog many years ago during my senior year in college in 2011. I was on the hunt to find a positive outlet for myself, and that is when YouTube came into my life. I escaped into this new world of creative freedom, using my schoolbooks as a makeshift tripod as I filmed beauty tutorials on my clunky white MacBook between classes. After graduating from the McCombs Business School at UT Austin, I started dating the love of my life (jeremy!) and ventured into the corporate world. I had zero expectations of what my channel would become, but I knew it brought me happiness so I never gave it up.

I spent the next six years at my 9 to 5 job, working all day and filming videos at night. I will never forget those long all-nighters that rendered me so tired, yet so satisfied. In 2017, I made the leap and quit my job to pursue my side hustle full-time.

My husband, Jeremy, my Havanese dog, Boba, and I have been living in the Bay Area the past four years, but we will be embarking on a new adventure in Colorado in 2020! We cannot wait to explore the great outdoors and take a step back to focus on our well-being. I feel immensely blessed to be able to live my dream everyday, and I am forever grateful for the endless support you guys have given to me along the way. I love you more than I can express! XO Erica
